  1. Not an answer to your question but, i have one hudd (of 6) that formed a bent tail from being in a hot car. I hated it and tried to boil it and everything, with no luck. I decided to fish with it anyways as it only swims slightly crooked, and one day it got slammed and I put several fish in the boat with it in an hour. Since then that hudd has caught more fish for me then any other hudd i've owned. However, that is probably because its my goto hudd whenever i want to throw a hudd.
  2. Are you cooking brisket? Mmmm
  3. I used to do it to 6" hudds back in the day when they would always throw my bait with the stock hook.
  4. Actually looks pretty cool haha.
  5. The reel is sold. Rod is still for sale, i'll give a good deal for a local.
  6. Reel 60$ Rod 200$ Stuck 3 fish on the loomis a few days ago.

  8. Hello, I need to cash for the holidays so i'm looking to get rid of one of my backups. The shimano cardiff has typical boat rash but is in great condition. I have actually upgraded the drag washers to carbontex drag washers (15$). Looking to get $80 for it. Next up is my gloomis gl2 957, this is the xh swimbait rod in the gl2 line up. It doesn't get used often and is in great condition. I actually stuck a few fish on it the other day : ). Its currently my 8" hudd rod but i've stuck 10" tt fish with it too. Looking to get $215 for the rod. I am located in So cal, a local deal would be best but we can work something out otherwise. Happy holidays!
  9. Cardiff and okuma xh are a great beginner setup.
  10. Pretty much everything said here. My buddy has been using the komodos and now i'm going to pick one up. Solid reels from what i hear.
  11. Found a slide swimmer that has bite marks like crazy.
  12. Nice!! I know it can happen haha. Swimbaits for Gil's.
  13. I fish the 250 quite a bit, and once I saw the 115 I wanted one for a keychain, haha. But, once I received it I knew I had to try it out. Anyways it's a blast if you're bored and don't mind smaller fish just absolutely crushing the bait. Like someone said above it does fish like a jerk bait but it is still fun and I work it just like the 250. My goal is to catch a bluegill on it : ).
  14. Thanks, haha. I think i'm still a little too new here and not able to PM yet.
  15. Which one is the dynamic dual? And how much, thanks.
