Garages are usually hilariously easy to break into, and any good thief will be in and out in less than 2 minutes completely under the radar. I keep all my stuff upstairs, past all the easy and normal stuff someone knows they can take and unload quick, plus that stuff is easy to replace and the insurance company is usually way cooler about. I had stuff stolen from my jeep once, they had no problem paying me for this and that, then I told them how much my tackle was and they wouldn't buy it, left me on my own to replace it.
