timcauliffe
What if you cut down the notch where the hook gets exposed, so more hook exposure on the hooksets?
BigBaitsOnly
I wouldn't cut anything out. The air cavity could tear more easily. I think I just was using the wrong rod. I'm going out with my other rod today. My umbrella rig rod is like an oversized crankbait rod.
wtrwsel
Was on the Hudd site checking on my order and I get a email saying my order shipped. Awesome Last caress
aesoprocks247
I don't think they did a lot or any testing really with that bait before they released it, just basing that on the time frame of the facebook pictures and when they put them on preorder. bassbass
I have no issues sticking fish with the 6" and 68 weedless so these should be the same.

nadinesmom
anyone else notice that there is virtually no difference between light and dark gill? the dark gills i got actually look lighter than the light gills do! a bunch of mine also got have huge indentations in the side which in the past has led my hudds to swim on their sides... pre-fishing impression = not impressed. if they work it won't make a difference in the world though! I haven't received mine to compare side by side in person but based on the pictures, I kind of feel the same way. The indention thing you mention worries me

I fully agree. The dark gill I received yesterday has the indentations you're talking about, hope it doesn't affect the action...
