Not the one made by Art Berry (AB Rat) but the one from Personal Best Swimbaits. I have run into a wall with everything I have tried. The best info I can come up with is he/they are/were based somewhere in San Diego. That is about it. Please PM me with anything you might know, it is greatly appreciated.
