nadinesmom
Didn't ask and I don't really expect them to. I should have looked closer in all honesty dude i totally disagree on this if you own a business you ABSOLUTELY cannot leave something like that up after product specs have been released. I know you may "feel" like it is your fault but that is 100% on deps and optimum. They advertised that it would be possible then NEVER let anyone know that things had changed. When you're hocking a plastic bait for 150+ you better back your ish up when people break them because you have been misinforming them via your website. Great bait but that was a bonehead move on their part. SeanM

evilcatfish
Didn't ask and I don't really expect them to. I should have looked closer in all honesty I also disagree Don, they should send you a new bait and make some sort of press release about the hinge not being adjustable. Trust me, I believe the average American consumer is an idiot and most warranty claims are user error, but in this case Optimum/Deps screwed up and its on them to make it right. mjaygrunt
The only thing I really like about the new 250s is the vibration in the head. My " broken " in old old ones swim just as wide as my new one do.
