thastickybandit
It would be pretty crazy to be at your local lake and witness this! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KjjyBEWCHl8 Lurejerk and Cadenw16
BigSlant
I used to live in No. Ogden...and have fished some of those high Uintah lakes...I've never seen that dump but can vouch for the impossibility of getting any type of large trucks up there...some of the natural rainbow trout have the brightest colors and the redest meat I've ever seen...where the stockers are white inside...the natural trout are super aggressive too...cool vid
D.Harper603
Here in new hampshire the fish and game will take a helicopter into remote ponds that they are not able to drive into and air drop fish for stocking.
wallyc
If there are bass in those air dropped waters, I can picture the "damaged" fish getting gobbled up with agression. I'd love to be there in some sort of boat when it happens...be still my heart.
Treep
No bass in those waters, they are all very high elevation where it's a 10 mile hike to get in there with no vehicle access. I've never seen them actually dump the trout but have seen the planes flying around that area. It would be awesome to see in person. I'm sure some of those fish to hit first don't survive
rogers954
Yep to bad there are no bass to be had, take it from me being a bass angler in Utah is tough. The states only concern is trout they won't put any money into warm water hatcheries, its disappointing to say the least. Part of the reason I will drive an hour and a half north to the border of Idaho to do most of what I call local fishing.
BigSlant
There's been some 6+ outta Utah lake...I don't know about the last five years but I witnessed at least two in 2008...they're in there somewhere
