FishDr
After about 6 open-water trips with no luck, I've finally gotten on the board with my first swimbait fish. It was a surprise to me - it hit a slowly waked G2 in 45F water. I've caught lots of species on swimbaits, but this is a first for me. The slab taped out at 16"! Now to catch my first bass or walleye of the year... Lurejerk, sfla, blackdynamite and 8 others
lunkerglx10
I've caught two big slabs on weedless rising sons so far this year, so you're not alone! FishDr

waynem
If Doc went out at night with swimbaits on Loch Ness, he would be posting up pics of Nessie on SU. If it sims he will catch it. YELOSUB and FishDr

FishDr
If Doc went out at night with swimbaits on Loch Ness, he would be posting up pics of Nessie on SU. If it sims he will catch it. Hmm...if I start a go-fund-me page to cover a trip to Loch Ness, this might just happen. Thanks for the complement guys - I'm no different than most of of the SU members - I go out when I can and throw baits until I can't. I just seem to run across the occasional oddball fish, though I can't hold a candle to Flaswimbaiter when it comes to a varied catch. Holy cow he gets into a variety of neat fish!
