You should contact him through email or FB messenger (easiest way) and he can talk to you and figure out what will beat suit what you fish and your style. I've had custom rods built and am currently working on another..versatility is key..are you tryna stay on the same weight range? Bump up weight? What baits? Would you be better off buying two rods and another reel for close to what one custom build will run? Answer those questions for yourself first then figure it out..
