They duplicated my order and I got in contact with them and they cancelled the duplicate but I haven't heard anything about the order that is still in place. Only thing that was weird was that the label said a different color than what the bait was. The color I ordered was right, but the package said a different color. Other than that, no probs. Sent 2 emails the past 5 days with no answer. At least they refunded my duplicate but I wonder if they forgot to ship out the original order... I emailed last week just to get a status and as of today no response. This is the first time that I haven't received my baits within 2 weeks of ordering. They sent a phantom rainbow instead which is actually what I wanted but they were out of stock when I bought them. Anyways, I have my baits now and I'm happy.
