Ed - So because it really annoys you.....the seller should be the one responsible for adding the 4.4% fees to the sales price instead of you just adding these fees to your goods & services invoice? If you don't trust the seller enough to Pay Pal gift him then that's your issue thus you should be the one covering yourself with the 4.4% fees kapeesh paisan?

I thought it was interesting that bullet #3 under the "updated items not eligible for purchase protection" is "payments sent using PayPal's Friends & Family functionality", which would insinuate that it has been covered up until this point.  Surprise anyone else?

I think Ed is new and doesn't feel comfortable Pay Pal gifting as all of us do when we start on Swimbait Underground but until you learn to trust and recognize the SU members who don't represent a transactional high risk it falls on you to cover yourself with the 4% goods & services fees.
