Ive used it to cast mothers and hinkles and also have caught 30 tuna with it no prolem. Calicos it a good reel to throw slugs with too also live bait. pbcali Posted February 23, 2017 Report Share Posted February 23, 2017 i've been fishing saltwater for over a year on all my curado's and chronarchs and lexa 300 they all work perfect just rinse well after use with drag tightened down with lowest pressure possible you dont want to shoot water into places that didnt even get wet just rise everything that did get wet the whole reel.
