gznuts
Had a blast fishing the new magnum strong gills over the weekend! The hardgill is my go to bait so it was very easy to gain confidence in the bigger version. First time out, hooked one on the slow sink, a couple on the extra slow sink, and a few on the heavy floater. Primus, swole_t, aj slick and 9 others

waynem
Yes, I can attest to the fact that they do work! Nothing picture-worthy much over 4# yet, although a really good one over 6# did come unbuttoned at the boat. If you've fished a regular Hardgill you will find the action pretty similar but with a harder thump at certain speeds. I upsized the front hook which did not affect the action. gznuts
gznuts
Were these special pre-order? Haven't seen them listed. I believe they’ll be available in a couple weeks.

I felt the front hooks could’ve been bigger too! Looks like I’m going up a size, thanks!
