loge55
I've got a question for you guys, Ive decided after watching several videos to try out snaps on my glide baits, and I can remember a long time ago stumbling across a video with someone saying never to use a snap with Bull Shads, and I'm just curious why not? Does it durastically alter the action of the bait, and should one make the assumption not to do this with any multi jointed baits? I can't think of any other reason not to other than it will mess up the action. This is my first post here, and I'll be appreciative of any advice from you guys! Hhunn
When I watched Southern Trout Eaters I recall Matt Peters saying that he no longer uses snaps on his Triple Trouts because it allows him better control over the bait. The Bull Shad is a jointed bait so same principle I assume.
