ISO_the1
First night fishing the 11.5" 4 piece MS Slammer. Stopped on the bank and made a cast. As soon as I began to reel a bass spooked off the bank about 8 feet down from me. As the slammer got close I could see a bass bee lining along the surface, making a "V" wake, as it was barreling up behind the slammer. Heard the splash and set the hook! Stupid rookie move. This big ass slammer came whizzing back at me!! Pitched it out again, and in about the same spot there it was. SLUUURP!!! This time it stuck! Got my first fish on this new big bait. twil93, porkmeatballs, lendaCew and 7 others

wallyc
Mike is making his famous Slammer bigger and bigger each year. I plan on sending him an old baseball bat to convert for me...
