tysonck
Well this is a change of scenery. Same big baits, but not seeing any fish is tough. Muskie fishing is harder than I thought it would be. Any tips that dont involve me losing and of my deps 250s or triple trouts?

Swimbait guys think they get on a grind, it's been 3 years since I caught that fish, and since then I've only had close calls with smaller musky. Haven't gotten my hands on one since that weekend. I don't get many chance to fish for them, and the only place I do is a 6 hours drive from me. I try to get two trips a year there, but this year it was only one. FishDr
You would do well to search the Flipside for prior posts on Muskie; lots of good info is archived there. Also, just because your in MN doesn’t mean there are no bass - I have friends who go to MN specifically to fish for brown and green bass “because everyone up there is targeting walleye, pike, and muskies”
