Bloodkitty
It's a normal TK that comes with a different lip and v-tail, correct?
BigBaiter
Was wondering the same thing. Edited March 12, 2019 by BigBaiter
Bloodkitty
A very well-respected member just PM'd me this: "Pming you since I’m not positive and don’t want to give wrong info. But from what I understand the bait has been modified. They have added a weight transfer system to reduce helicoptering on casts as well." I trust him unless anyone can object. chevro1et and zsneezes
PNW bass
It's a different bait, more than just a lip. I'll post up some pics later of the two. szuloaga, Bloodkitty, basskickinrednick and 1 other
rossco7777
its a different bait. same profile but different weighting to it. yes the dtk13 lip will fit in a tk but its a way tighter fit and ive heard it almost feels like you are gonna break it. that said if you put it in a tk it will dive deep im sure but wont have the intended action, but i think the craziness of the lure is half the draw no? i think the dtk13 is heavily nose weighted so that the profile is almost vertical when fished and the big lip is the only thing hitting cover, making it hard to hang up the hooks. i do not believe this version floats whereas the tiny comes in either lo or hi float models. He’s got the right info. Same bait with the transfer system to help with casting. All TiK lips are interchangeable. Bloodkitty
PNW bass
First bait is the TK... 2 weights locked in position in the front, single weight in back. Next pic is the DTk... notice the loose weight in the nose, and weightless in the back... the back will float up in a “death spiral” when not actively being retrieved. The lips are interchangeable, but by design, due to the differences in weights, they won’t interchange without performance changes as well. basskickinrednick, chevro1et, 207klasher and 2 others
