rossco7777 Posted April 25, 2019 Report Share Posted April 25, 2019 got this nice fish the other day fishing from shore at a public lake. trout season just opened here on the 13th so lots of trout have been stocked and the water is filled with 4 pound test and worms galore haha. walked past 15 chairs and a few stringers of trout and found a nice overhanging tree to toss under. tied on the 8" slow sink savage gear line thru trout (rigged on top) and started skipping it under the tree. few casts later i felt her on the line as i came past some logs in the water. full of eggs and only went 3.2 but it felt great! boylah, David R, twil93 and 2 others 5 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
