prizmshallow Posted May 9, 2020 Report Share Posted May 9, 2020 Ordered a 9 inch single joint MS Slammer in light trout from Mike a couple months back. Been throwing a lot of other baits but decided a week or so ago I needed to spend more time messing around with it. Most the time I've thrown it in the past I've been throwing it without a snap and using more of a walk the dog or stop and go retrieve. After a couple recommendations from a few guys on the forum I tried it with a snap and a steady slow-medium retrieve. Was able to get one to come out from under some weeds and smash it on the pause, glad to start building some confidence in one of the OG baits. As always thanks for the help SU.
