Mossypumpkin Posted May 20, 2020 Report Share Posted May 20, 2020 Bass are headed toward beds soon. Seen a few light spots starting in the shallows. Decided it was time for some gill baits. Fished shallow pads with an array of baits for 1.5 hours without a bite but stuck with it as I knew they had to be shallow. Finally it calmed down just before dark and this one popped the Fs gill floater in 2-3 fow. Missed it but came back and rolled on it.
