gradycodd
Wanted to share a couple of my favorite swimbait fish from earlier this year! First up was this gorgeous post spawn largemouth just clearing the 8lb mark, got to watch her swim up out of the gin clear water and blister one of my prototypes just a few feet from the boat. In love with the colors on her. First time I've seen a follower actually commit to a glide in a longgg time. A few weeks later, was able to coax a post spawn mega smallie at 21" and just over 5lbs into drilling the 9" HPH. If you know how fast I fish this bait, you can imagine how hard she hit it. I say mega smallie but I know to many of you this is not, but for Arizona it's just a rare occurrence to find em this big and actually catch them. Mega for here lol. This fish tail walked at the boat for probably 15-20 feet so fast I was struggling to keep tension with an 8-speed reel. I did not catch her at night, just took photos with her on the way out. Will never forget either of these girls, such rad fish. Harshwaters, 207klasher, Toro blanco and 13 others
