Should make a fantastic frog rod too. 7'11" with a 16" full carbon fiber grip, Fuji palm support reel seat, Fuji titanium torzite double foot guides. Should pair perfectly with a tranx/curado 200, though a 300 will work great too. The blank has a moderate fast action, with a soft tip and stiff back bone. After some testing I decided on 1/2-2oz lure rating. The mfg's rating of the blank was completely unrealistic, and I always try to mark the rods with an actual rating. More photos to come. rwp Posted April 28, 2021 Author Report Share Posted April 28, 2021 Not 100% happy with the new glue that I used, ended up with a few very minor spots that tug at my OCD strings. This rod is UNBELIEVABLY sensitive.
