Londonmitch
We're looking to upgrade our TM to the new terrova and have a recessed TM tray. Does anybody know the width of the foot pedal on the terrova? I'm a little worried the pedal will not fit in the tray. Any feedback on the motor would be great too Thanks
bbfishin
You will not be able to use a Terrova in a recessed tray because of the foot pedals on the side and base of the actual pedal. You will use those quite a bit in my opinion. You would be better off finding a tray that fits over your recessed tray and placing the Terrova on top of that. That being said, the Terrova is a great trolling motor! It has so many options that some of the others don't have especially when used with a Humminbird. I had one on my old boat and will have one on my next boat too! Love the handheld remote! Hope that helps a bit.

Thanks for the response I was thinking about a cover for the tray and it looks like I will have to go that route. I'm looking forward some of the new features but I have lowrance so I won't have ALL the options
