Eric Peterson
How do you guys make sure your weights are center in the belly of your resin baits? I've been struggling to get the weights center when molding them in
danthefisherman
You can use lead shot that will distribute evenly, form your bait to have the lead sit snug at bottom, or use centering pins to hold them in place when you pour. I prefer the latter as it gives my blanks a cleaner look. Hope that helps!

"The latter" referring to the last item I listed: using centering pins. It's pretty effective and lots of builders use this method. You can see small holes in the bellies of 3:16s and Bullshads where they remove the pins. Good luck!
