Open truck door to get swim bait boxes. Boxes start to fall out of truck. Throw hand forward to stop falling boxes. Hit hand of lower corner of truck door. Skin on hand separates from impact with door. Drive 5 miles to ER to get stitches. Drive back to lake and launch boat. Third cast catch fish! A while back I took the day off to fish and after launching the boat I was cuting some line off and cut the tip of my finger off, stuck it back on taped it up and good to go, got some fiah and then headed to ramp and called my wife to come down as I thought I was going to pass out for loosing so much blood. She helped get the boat on the trailer and then to the hospital....they sewed it back on and still only have about 85% feelings in that area.
