Tatula 200s, shimano tranx 300 and conquest 300/400s the black/cork on the conquest was a swap of the knobs, super easy. they now will also engrave the handle for free or $5 if you order direct, takes longer but a nice touch. Amazon is your best bet as they ship from cali vs Japan if you order from eBay/direct but you get more options.
