I just got mine in yesterday from an ebay lure retailer in Japan who has great reviews so I am confident my lure is real. However I am concerned I may have gotten a dud. The lure swims well although at times it tends to roll a bit much. I cannot seem to be able to walk it with the lure breaking at the joint ( head facing left, tail facing right for instance) as I have seen on the depsweb YouTube channel and other yt videos. This can of course be user error or that I need to learn this lure. I tried it on two rods, an 8'3 medium power regular taper and a 9'0 mh fast action. The first rod seemed to soft but the longer rod I thought would do the trick but to no avail. I also tried the reel jerk method but the only thing I got was a deep roll to stop. I really wanted to like this lure and I am sure it catches fish, but if all it does is crank then I feel I could have just bought several rapala bw swimmers ( great bait btw, killed many calico and halibut on it).
