  1. Ohh yeahhhhhhhhhhh.... sweet Marbles..
  2. that is true.. we have 3 between us when we go out.. 2 digi and 1 bogo.. we never bother weighing it 3 times unless we get one over 7 (which is big for us and only happened 3 times between us)
  3. Hi Zach.... I have the boga.. accurate yes.. but hard to read.. they should space out the line markers more and should include more increments. I also have the rapala digital and my buddy uses the Berkly digital and both vary in accuracy especially when the batteries get wet or old.
  4. sweet... love the fight on the brown ones..
  5. fvckin A, Rock they're good on hot nights too. ever had a crawfish/shrimp taco? Come on Rook, im from southeast Louisiana! Bro we put shrimp and crawfish on donuts down here! crawdad-skcrimp po-boy?

you ever get up to NJ/NY area we will get you out..
  7. holly cow.. what kind of shark.. I would be a nervous wreck wadding there now.. God forbid I notice a submerged log I would be rushing to shore leaving behind a trail that looked like an oil slick.
  8. i have ML 795 and its much stiffer in the upper half of the rod compared to the loomis 906. I like the rod and have gotten a few of them to hand out (loan out) to my buddies that want to give SB a try.. they can take a beating, priced right and you can throw most of the mid to larger mission fish on them.. I like his rods and have the frog rod that is super stiff that I love throwing the mid to small mission fish, the no bull etc.. if you like the stiffer style of rods (i'm trying not write "if you like stiff rods") then you will like his Jig rod, frog rod, big cranking stick RM.. those are the ones I have from Gary's line up.. I also have the full line up of the loomis SB rods and use them as my every day sticks.. I do look forward to checking out the LDC line up next.. just have to convince the boss that there is no such thing as too many
  9. I'd assume he's referring to the baby wake... unless you rig your mission fish with a treble? yeah baby wake, any of the 6" freestyles, rising son, MS slammer, triple trouts etc... it just doesn't have the sticking power in my opinion to jam a mission fish or hudd fish and keep them stuck.. don't get me wrong in a pinch it will work.. I just don't prefer it for those baits.. its a little light for the wake jr..
  10. Wooo Woooo swimbait train a com'n I remember pulling out two 1 ups at a NJ fishing get to gether and people laughed at NJV and I.. they said what are you going to mount those baits on your wall.. They laughed until I poked a 7lb (jumped from a mid 4 PB to a 7lb on 5-2-06) my first time out with swimbaits.. from then on its been a fun ride.. This site will help a ton with learning curves (from confidence, to bunk baits to inside techniques to super mods etc.. ) I'm Shinner and I'm an addict since 06 ....
  11. Amen! Everyone should always go out of their way to show your appreciation to all the men and women of our armed forces..

    Baby Wake

Got some love tonight on my go to Baby wake.. we did some recon in waders tonight for a few hours. Fish are just starting to move in at this lake.. saw plenty of young bucks cruising the shore line.. I think they are setting up for when the ladies move in.. Got a few to chew tonight with this being the best of the bunch.. felt good for my first top water bite of 2012..
  22. I have caught smallies on OG Black Armageddon, Freestyle perch, wake jr & Baby wake , hudd 68, Gan Craft S claw, 1 up, triple trout, Hyper herring... there is pictures of all of them floating around..
  23. can't beat all the little ones smiles...
  24. That D-barb will cut any hook like butter.. I have been using them for years and have saved a few fish in their time..
