Braid works fine but 50 to light for anything but smaller swimbaits and even then I'd use 65. For big baits I like 100#.
Just my opinion though.
Then again I wouldn't use a 7 and a half foot medium heavy for big pike with big baits.

Great deal here..but the age deal is a bunch of BS...I know "kids" on this site that can out fish some of the grown men. Fishing doesnt have age limitations, so why does this?
If you want to put up something you make for review then you can make your own rules.
Cool looking bait I'm not an experienced rat guy and shouldn't get one but hope whoever gets them puts a good review up after fishing them hard.

That bait was for sale for over month on here maybe 2 before it sold to gabassin. Nobody was loving arms then.

A lot of guys pushing snow or pulling skid stirs with toyotas in your part of the country?
Because where I'm from we use American diesels and hd gas trucks for that. If Toyota comes out with one it could be a game changer and competition is good.

Not to jack the thread, but anyone else notice that the fishing is horrible right at that period immediately after dark? Seems like the fish take an hour or so to adjust to nightfall after dark. I usually have an hour or so lull if I fish right through evening into night, but if I go out an hour or so after dark it picks up immediately. Anyone else notice this?
Most the time yes that's how it goes.
Local pond that is pretty high pressured can be real hot right after dark when pretty much everybody leaves.
Timing is a weird thing when hunting or fishing.

Most or probably all of tackle industries products are pretty much made as cheap as possible in china.
His baits are direct knockoffs of proven musky baits and a couple swimbaits.
Just something to think about.

I'm not a fan of any one car company (they all break) and my daily driver was made is Japan but American trucks are the only choice for work trucks.
I know for pulling a boat a Toyota or Nissan will work fine but it ain't going to be as nice as an American 3/4 or 1 ton.
I put a ford f-350 through more of a test then that over hyped shuttle pull just yesterday.

Chevy/gmc,dodge, and ford dominate the market when it comes to work trucks. When I say dominate i mean nobody uses toyotas for serious work.
While a Japanese truck might work for an occasional tow vehicle it ain't going to out tow a truck from the big three.

Not so sure it shows a lack of character to sell a box but it definitely shows a lack of brains to bid over 200 on one clearly labeled as such.
