  1. They will , but take an exceptional amount of tuning to get it to swim . I haven’t tried the TR baits yet , but his baits get rave reviews. Like I said earlier creepers have been around the musky world for a long time , I’d guess the 50’s maybe earlier. The whopper plopper is just a mud puppy that’s been modernized!
  2. Some easier to find ones are , Bitten tackle creepers and hi- Finn creepers. If you go that route make sure the wings are lined up good across the lure . The. It’s slight ….. slight tweaks to the wings to get that nice plop . If you’re looking for more custom, Joel Wick makes amazing creepers but wait is a year or more . Randy Pafford makes great baits but only so many a year and they sell as fast as any glide bait . Lee lures makes great top water lures also although I’m not familiar with his creeper . His flap tail is top notch and worth a try for bass . These lures are all designed around a slow …….. painfully slow presentation. Look at team rhino outdoors and the musky shop for the more mainstream stuff , hope that helps . Feel free to PM if you want to get info on the other lures .
  3. Anyone used one ? Outside of the triple trout what other speed swimbaits are you using?
  4. Musky creepers have been around a long time , not all are created equal though . Some inexpensive ones require a lot of tuning to get the swim correct . That and none are mass produced . Most of the “large “ bass I have caught were taken on musky top water while targeting musky .
  5. Anyone have one they’d like to part with ?
  6. Thanks guys! I'll give them a shot.
  7. Anyone tried them for freshwater? And also other than M-C swim baits, where are they available for sale?
  8. Are they any good?Want to fish some around docks and have read the wood ones are not real durable.
