I threw the Hinkle about 10 times yesterday at my local spot. I liked it. However it seems to be overloading both of my two swimbait rods. It's a big bait. That being said I'm not buying another rod & reel set up for just one bait. I'm probably going to try and sell or trade it in the near future. I'm thinking 2 Pats baits will make me happy. Maybe I'm crazy but I think that is reasonable. If any of you guys are interested let me know. I'm not looking to get rich just get back what I have into it.

I agree. Mike can usually build, paint, and send out a bait within a few weeks if not sooner. Send him an email or facebook message, he usually responds really fast.

That's not a brown trout. Looks like a steelhead to me. Female steelhead will darken up depending on what time of year it is. The pictures make it look dark, you can't tell what colors it had.

I just had Mr. Swimbo build me a Moam custom. The whole build process was awesome. Good price, good communication, and he was well ahead of his 12 week completion estimate. It's in the mail now and I can't wait to use it before my season here in the northeast is over.
