Found a shad stocked lake recently... It has been firing off every evening. Very healthy fish eating the Bull Shad 6" Dirty Bone. Have roughly 3 hours of raw GoPro footage to weed through and put together from these past 2 weeks. Here are a couple shots of the larger fish.

We didn't weigh it, forgot the scale in the car. Bummer... I would say over 6 for sure though.

Yes it's actually pretty unique the way he fishes it. It's brutal for slow rolling anything, but on rats and burner baits, my buddy just cranks them in super quick, they never even get a chance to jump. Funny to watch. Definitely not a preferred combo though, but hey it works.

Incredible eat, totally choked it. Austin Lures rat that I actually won on this forum. Gave it to my buddy to get into big baits. He is putting it to use!

Got a couple more chunky fish today at the same spot. Cranking down bluegill patterns produced quite nicely, 70 degree temps don't hurt either. Put my buddy on his first ever swimbait fish, needless to say he is hooked.

Got out for the first time in a while, on the first cast underneath the perfect tree, this beast sucked the Mini Slammer down. Definitely a quality way to bust a slump!

Been in a hot, muggy, slump this summer with no good fish under the belt since May. Finally connected with a healthy stud on the Bull Shad. No weight taken.
