    Bought a beautiful Shimano Calcutta Conquest 300 from Grant. It looked just as pictured, but after spooling it up and the first cast it jammed up! So I contacted him and explained what happened. So we text back and forth because he is at the the movies with his wife. He helped me diagnose the issue and the reel was back to working order. My expectations were exceeded by Grant. Not only did he deliver as he said, he took some of his valuable time to help me fix the reel. In this day and age good customer service is hard to come by, but GREAT customer service is rare. GrantG is definitely a person I would recommend buying from.
