  1. I helped a few other guys find them, I PM'd you in case yours falls through
  2. There are several different sizes of split rings that would fit those hook sizes, personally I use #6 on pretty much all my swim baits with just a couple exceptions
  3. You can drill out a little bit of a slammer and put in some tungsten putty and get down close to that depth
  4. I lived in PA for 19 years I have never seen someone so consistent with big bass up there, and I lived 15 mins from the biggest lake in the state good catches man
  5. I wish I could beat my PB by 3 pounds, thats a great fish man.
  6. I think that Bonesaw should get the Mother so I can watch him cast it off within 10 casts
  7. I dont have one but I know somewhere you can get one, I will PM it to you
  8. That is a great fish. And I am going to PM you about that 806
  9. I thought I would be the only one to say something other than a LDC haha, yeah I would recommend the 806 personally, if you want something a little stiffer you could so an 807 but the 806 would load up really nice with a SS and has a really nice action for big trebled baits.
  10. And here I was thinking I was the only one that liked the 7" Slammer, nice night of fishing
  11. This is a really noob question but how exactly is a sport model different than a FS? I know everyone says they swim better I just don't know what else is different
  12. Oh man I have only been waiting two weeks and am already getting frustrated with the fact that I cannot get an email returned, I guess I might as well just assume I wont get it for at least another two weeks
  13. yup buttons just popped back up, really temps me to get another! haha
  14. Yeah I tried to buy a SS Carp and thought I missed my chance when it said they were out went back and got a Lit Up SS
  15. I just mold and pour soft plastics right now, but I am about to get into making hard baits, and if i can produce something that looks half this good i would be thrilled, great job man
  16. I ended up melting it a bit with a lighter then putting it back together that way, going over it with mend it afterwards, it worked out pretty well
  17. So one of my 8" mission fish had a cut towards the end of the tail. I figured this would be a perfect job for my mend it which I have only been able to use 2 other times on extremely small jobs. As soon as the brush touched the plastic is ate through the rest of the way and the cut became a complete sever. I know the product melts plastic so i was not worried about it and figured i would reattach when pressed back together with the glue on. Well it won't. I have tried putting the glue on just one side, both sides, and also hold them together and run the brush along the edge of the sever, nothing is working. What am I doing wrong here? Thanks
  18. Hey man thanks for the tag, that looks like a really good way as well. I will definitely have to try this out
  19. To answer everyones main question. You will notice I did not have the jig hook cut off. There is a reason for that . I most certainly intend to try it several times before I switch if i do decide to. I was just something i was thinking about and thought i would try out. I may switch it even if i do well with the jig hook though for two reasons, one the jig hook has some rust on it (i didnt get it new). Also just to see if i like it better. There have been tons of people say things both ways, and how can i know which i prefer without trying right?
  20. Hey there guys, I got my first 8" Hudd today, and am wanting to cut the jig hook off and use a stinger hook. Now i was watching some YouTube videos on how to do this with braid and was not terribly impressed with anything I found. So I came up with my own method. If other people have been doing this then sorry for bringing this up. But if not let me know what you guys think, and if it will work? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TVbRSJb7AAU
  21. I do not have one (working on fixing that), so I cannot try it, but would marine silicone do the trick?
