Yellow Perch would work in either area honestly. Here lately I've been fishing a dark trout slammer, we don't have any trout in my neck of the woods but still I've caught fish on it. I try to match the hatch in size and color but sometimes thinking outside the box has worked just as well.
I usually fish without music 90% of the time. Just feel more aware of what's going on without music. But some day's I just feel like wetting a line and cruising the lake with some good music playing..
I'd say both. They both have situations where one would be more ideal than the other. The only negative I have is that here lately it seems your gonna have a hard time getting a punker that will walk right. Has made me shy away from buying a new one
The the names that fall under BPS are more of a nation wide boat that can be found in all regions of the country. Here in my area Basscat is no where near as common as a Triton or Nitro or Ranger for obvious reasons. Phoneix is the same way
Sorry, Deps, ABT, S-Waver, and some Big Game Custom Lures Trouts mainly. I now realize the 400 is probably over kill for what I'm looking at throwing. I will be throwing the Deps 175 not the 250.
there is an entire review on the lexa 400 in the review section. Too add, I have never heard of a Cardiff rod, that must be some sort of custom next level sh+t.
If you carefully read the post you get the just of what I'm asking. It mean's the majority of my big bait rod's have shimano Cardiff reels on em.
Just got two new rod's in and will need to get two reel's. All my big bait rod's to this point are Shimano Cardiff's. I honestly like the reel and have no issues or complaints. They have been outstanding to this point. But the Lexa 400 has caught my eye and I'm thinking about scooping it up for another rod I'm gonna be using for glide baits. Is the performance between the two worth the price difference? Anyone with input let me know just wanting feedback
Yeah you might want to prepare yourself for an extended wait. Those backorder dates are just ETA from the manf. The manf. will usually push those back about 3 times before getting anywhere close to fulfilling the order. Especially with the hand made baits made over seas
