color doesn't really matter...if you think about how fish are looking at the bait, they're looking at it from the bottom with more light above it, making it just a black silhouette...so really, the pattern that gives you the most confidence is all that really matters
-
its all dependent on the conditions you're fishing...depth, how fast/slow you wanna fish the bait, etc

thanks for the reply! great to hear about its versatility, I am trying to get down to just one rod at this point.
if you're trying to get down to one rod, i'd go with an LDC white label XH

@thedonnguyen Yes siiiir, it's an OG.
you can take a look at the hinges and just make sure they're straight....if they're not straight or even, thats probably why you're getting a jerk glide action

He changes the weights, tightens/loosens the screw eyes, and I'm sure a couple other things. How it's done specifically I doubt he'll say. I have one that's tuned to not nose up whatsoever which is great but the regular gliding action on it is very jerky (Planning to tighten the screw eyes).
just remember you can't adjust the screw eyes on the injected 250s

there's always zelle I guess

i'd rather miss a bait drop than sit through another 2-yr wait list

looks great

$10-15 should do it...honestly, it's cheaper than losing baits

if you guys aren't aware, USPS is crazy behind right now. It says so right on their website.
"ALERT: USPS IS EXPERIENCING UNPRECEDENTED VOLUME INCREASES AND LIMITED EMPLOYEE AVAILABILITY DUE TO THE IMPACTS OF COVID-19. WE APPRECIATE YOUR PATIENCE AND REMAIN COMMITTED TO DELIVERING THE HOLIDAYS TO YOU."

weird that the main gear teeth are chipped if you're just casting

i hate my Tatula 300. It got insanely grindy in a week, the casting distance was mediocre and i wish i could sell it. I have a friend who had a similar experience. I take care of my gear, so this was very unusual to me.
have you taken it apart and cleaned it?
