    Currently on a tight budget since I have no job during school. I throw everything from punkers to hudds on my powel diesel 7'6" heavy. It is pretty sketch for reels i use my lexa 100h or shimono citica bantam from 2000 that I got for 5$ at a garage sale. I almost have enough for a Cardiff and I'm getting a guide select xh for my bday

    Its conner I went and got some one the swaver over saddles, slow tapering points and humps. Throw your deps it should be perfect

    I'm in the same boat. Its pretty discouraging. Try glide baits for followers it boosts my confidence

    They're really good rods and you can't beat the price or warranty I would definently get one

    It dont think it is but it cranks down to 5 or 6 feet on mono. Try getting the front half of the bait to walk that's how I get all my fish on it. It makes a deep thud that brings them in.

    First slammer fish at the local res . Got 4 on it and missed a ton. Almost getting bit by a rattle snake was well worth it. I was cranking the 9" slammer down till the weed line then letting it float up and walking it over the weeds. Pictures are of difrent fish.

    I'm from the San Francisco area of CA and a lot of people fish punkers and normal big glide baits. Not to many people throw the og plugs like the east coast

    I've been debating on getting a 3:16 bait or something else around the same price. I just wanted some feed back from you guys who have experience with these baits. What styles work the best? Or if you guys have any other recommendations on a bait in the 100-150 price range
