  1. Hello su, I've been thinking about making a glide bait lately. I've got a few questions tho. What type of joint do you guys favor? Also any specific joint angles or stuff like that. I would like to hear any info and comments you guys have. Thanks
  2. Nice fish. Now your hooked
  3. I don't notice a difference. Both colors catch fish

  8. Made a few rats. I carved them out of basswood with a dremel. I spray painted them and epoxyed them to seal the bait. Let me know what you guys think. If anybody else has a better way to seal/clear coat the wood let me know cause the epoxy is messy and hard to work with.
  9. Just fish with what you have. Its pointless to dump a ton of money into stuff that your not going to use
  10. Jed would probably sell you his. Or get one off swimbait city

  12. I'm going to lake almanor for a week and was wondering if any members on here fish it. I've never been to the lake. Any info on the place would be awesome and greatly appreciated. I'm probably going to take the conventional tackle up with me just in case haha.

  14. For sure throw the hudd off points and ledges. I don't have a triple trout so I can't really say. If you like fishing timber I would look at a ms slammer. Welcome to the addiction
  15. Spro 6" bbz and a lunker punker 6". I got them the same day
  16. Lets see how you guys store your stuff. I put my soft baits like hudds in a finesse bait binder and all my hard baits in a pencil box. I don't have many swimbaits so this works well for me. I'm interested in the setups guys with boats have
  17. I'm pretty sure swimbaitcity.com still has some
  18. Tape the rods to my backpack and ride my bike to the local water and pray my rods don't break from hitting trees
