  1. Signed. Good luck Cali guys
  2. The 807 is an excellent hudd rod and the 806 is great for hanging treble hook baits like the 9" slammer or baits up to 4 or 5 oz. max in my opinion. 806 is much more parabolic like a giant crankbait rod and really keeps the fish pinned with treble hooks. Hope this helps.
  3. Whoops! I guess I should have read the all the posts. Congrats to the winner
  4. Bass is my favorite but it really doesn't matter, they all get bit.
  5. They look awsome! Good work
  6. 25lb big game and I top shot it after a long day of casting. Control the controlables, the rest is up to the fish gods! Good luck and welcome to the big bait club!
  7. I use owner 2/0 st36 trebles and #6 hyper rings on my 250's
  8. I bought the huk kryptek bibs and jacket and they work great. I know it's expensive but when it comes to rain gear you get what you pay for. It's gotta be hard though to find something that's 100% comfortable in the Texas heat & humidity but I think these would be more than acceptable .
  9. Got my 10" hudds today. They look good hopefully they will swim good!
  10. Well said but I'm afraid the bait flippers win as long as someone is willing to pay.
  11. Just got an e-mail saying 10" hudds are starting to ship! Better late then never I guess!
  12. Nice fish brother! Welcome to the underground!
  13. It's been so long I forgot that I ordered them!!
  14. Owner st36 1/0 front and back and size 7 owner hyperwire split rings
  15. No trout or hitch in the lake I fish yet I have caught bass on the trout and hitch colored hudd. I agree bass are opportunistic predators and will have a go at anything they think they can swallow. They are an amazing fish and that's why we love'em!!
  16. I use # 5 owner hyperwire split rings and size 1 owner st 56 stinger trebles front and back on the 7" triple trout.
  17. Welcome to the underground! Lots of good info here. Good luck!
  18. Mostly just change the split rings and hooks to owner of course! I like to see how it performs stock first though so I can see if the changes I've made effect the swim in a positive or negative way.
  19. Awsome! That's what I want to hear! Thanks
