  1. Anyone know of anything new with the bait. I know Rod has been having health issues and I wish him well. When I searched there was some posts about new versions coming out, but nothing recently. Picked up a couple off the black market, but my supply is low.
  2. I think it will work well. I've always seen at my factory after there smashed and heated to 300 deg. and I've always thought they look just like a smashed rat tail! Just never thought of hooking it to a bait.
  3. That's exactly what I was thinking as soon as I saw the tool in striper.
  4. Looks really great. The scale roller is a great idea. How are you going to roll both sides without messing up the other? I mean either holding it or laying it on the counter wouldn't it damage the scales on the finished side? Anyway, great start and there is no better feeling than catching big fish on your own creations.
  5. Mass = inertia, so a smaller bait will never glide as far. It's the catch 22 of building a glider
  6. I have an opinion on this matter: This was the first Rago bait I purchased since the Real Trout which was a complete freaken disaster. Should have learned my lesson the first time. Very inconsistent, could not get it to work the same way on back to back casts. This will be the last time!
