  1. Merry Christmas. Awesome looking bait. I’d fish the paint off that
  2. I know I got some floating hudds. I think I may have one
  3. Honestly I don’t have any! I don’t care to own a pizz or HPH or Hinkle etc
  4. I have some deep places I’m still trying to figure out. Maybe I’m fishing too deep. My winter game is only good in 2 spots. Every other place I fish I only manage a fish or 2
  5. me too! It’s scary fishing big water
  6. I recently got a DS crank. I was using it in 40 degree water. Looks awesome. Crank it super slow. Going to suspend it! Heavier hooks and suspend dots
  7. Sooooo this bait? What’s the deal. I’m intrigued
  8. I might be fishing to deep! Wow!
  9. Really???? Never heard of this take on winter fishin before! Please explain
  10. I’ve caught some night bass on wakes in dead winter! I’ve seen a surprising amount of fish on top in the winter. I was fishing yesterday saw a few big splashes out deep! No pike or trout in these places
  11. WOW that’s wild! I guess I gotta look into it!
  12. It’s winter, some guys are still fishin. Hope we don’t get ice in MA this year! When I see winter posts it’s about what baits. So I want to ask something different. Or just open topic about the other factors of winter fishin. I’m talking about water below 50. You southern folks don’t get winter! What kind of areas are you fishin? Shallow lakes/ponds vs deep lakes/ponds. Are you looking for inflows? Timber? Crawling ledges deep in 25 feet of water? Are you switching up gear? Using lighter line. Using smaller baits? There’s no bad info
  13. I’ve caught a lot of bass through the ice. Biggest was 5lbs on a panfish rod 4lbs test and a micro jig fishing for gills
  14. I think that’s my issue. I got 2 great winter ponds I can get bit in the coldest of water but doesn’t have the quality I’m looking for. They are healthy fish but not big. That’s why I always try to fish different ponds each winter!
  15. Yea I usually fish for bass from fall to early spring. Saltwater in the summer. I’m in New England it gets cold in winter but I’m near the cape! We get open water all year. I do well in winter even wake bait bass in dead winter but always smaller fish
  16. That’s awesome! I’ve done good in winter on numbers just not size!
  17. Bump! Still haven’t broke 5 in the winter. March isn’t an issue. November-February is the issue!
  18. Looks awesome. Love herring glides
