    Hell I think I know exactly where you are talking about.. Always find myself slamming on my brakes through those sections. Typical California. Them CHP's sit in some pretty sneaky spots on the 395. Hope it pans out for you.

    Little bit of hot water.. eyeglass screwdriver and a hammer.. Came out clean for me after two or three knocks. Was able to save the weight for the future if needed.
