I have some Osprey baits that have the blueish green areas appearing on them. Does this damage the value of the bait? I bought a bunch for fishing around here and they are just too big. Trying to understand the value. Thanks!

Great story about lakes local to me. As a Lake Lanier Guy, I throw big baits a good bit and have noticed something that I wonder if others have seen. These southern fish choke the bait better the colder the water temps. They are more likely to swipe at a bait the warmer it gets.

I have several, never thrown Osprey Talon swimbaits that are several years old. A couple have slight blue stains around where the line exits the lower body. What causes this and does it effect the quality of value of the bait? I am thinking of selling these because the spots here in GA don't really eat these as well as other swimbaits IMO.

I have 2 Cardiffs, all my feels are Shimano, and they are truely entry level reels. Their capacity is fine but I prefer my Curado 200E for feel and drag. I am a newby with baits bigger than a SWaver 168 though.
