    I use my curado 300 too for rock cod... works awesome... I use my swimbait rods too... just make sure you rinse it like ISO said!

    Looking to sell my WCZ battles trout. Bait is rigged Mike Gilbert's way with the RC tube drilled into the bait. Bait has only been rigged never seen the water. It's missing a little spot of paint on the gill plate on the opposite side. I think I will remove the hooks to ship it unless buyer wants me to leave them. I'll post pic of the spot with missing paint when I get home. 110 TYD

    If the max you can handle on your rod is 6oz and your rod isn't overrated as many rods are you should be good to throw a 250. If it is overrated 10" TT probably be the sweet spot. I feel like my half of what my rods are max rated for is the best weight bait to throw as far as my dobyns rods go. It's all personal presence when it comes down to it.

    I would say get a slammer, 250 and a TT. All proven baits. But I you were just going to get one for now I'd get a 250.

    Yeah they stocked it two weeks ago and it's scheduled to get stocked again this weekend. I wonder when it was drained? Yeah I've been to the lake plenty of times back in 2006-2008 but I haven't seen it since and didn't fish it then.

    Dude awesome worth bringing some gear then. My buddy is looking to get into fishing since he lives so close. Might pass him the swimbait bug. He can afford it haha. Seen some a video dated in June of 2016 of a decent fish being caught not on a SB but yeah. They stock the shot out of it!

    Hey JC I have an XL Nez with the wake lip. Can you shed some light on the difference between that and the standard lip you prefer? As far as what they do I can see the shape difference!

    It's a lot safer than used to be since a bunch of hipster started moving there 10 years ago. Crap somebody has had to have thrown some baits there on here?

    Haha right? I was half planning on it. I used to to live close to that hood. It's a lot better know than it used to be when I lived there. I know those bass brigade dudes would fish this lake
