    IMO, it's easier to fish a fast reel slow than to try and fish a slow reel fast. The gear quality is what I'd be more concerned with. If they are quality materials, the ratio shouldn't be as big of a concern. Others will probably disagree though.

    I had the same issue with a U2 that I have. I hit up Matt and asked how to fix it and he sent me this. "If the baits are not stored hanging they will become crooked and not swim upright. To fix them, submerge them in boiling water for 30sec-1min holding them with a paperclip through the line tie. Then hang them with the paperclip for a few hours. They will be straightened and swim true" Hope this helps.

    Bought an EXO 300 from him. Packaged well and shipped out the next day, with tracking. Reel seems to be in good shape and I didn't notice anything different from how he described it on the post. Would buy from him again based on this transaction.
