Looking for conventional baitcast reel of equal quality/value, preferably in a mid range gear ratio (6.x:1) Lew's, Shimano, and Daiwa are my favorites but I'm open to others as long as they are equal value/quality. I have two reels that I'd be willing to part with in trade for a shad or shiner glide bait or a few. Baits should be close to equal in value. First up is a Quantum EXO300PT. I got it from another SU member a few months ago and fished it a couple times. Great reel but just doesn't fit my tiny hands comfortably enough. Has 20lb mono backing with a fresh top shot of 25lb P-Line Original. 5.3:1 ratio. Next is a Lew's Lazer MG in 5.4:1. Other than a small spot on top, the reel is mint. Has 17lb mono on it currently. I bought it to be a deep crank reel but until I get a boat, deep crankbait fishing won't be in my repertoire. I'm interested in trading first and foremost but if someone wanted to buy them, I'd sell for $155 shipped and PayPal'd.
