    Yeah I've had plenty of Gantarel fish this year blow up on the bait right when it smacks the water. I know it's a lot smaller bait than a Hudd or bait smith like you listed. But I'm sure it's the same concept

    I really like mine. When it comes stock it's a floater but I changed out the hooks and split rings and got it to sink slowly. Really good glide. Catches bass(nothing over 5 pounds yet) and trout hahaha. Only down side I have found are the tails. It comes with two but they're not very durable. Once they are bent and mangled they're trash. Haven't found any places to buy a replacement tail yet so I'm trying to make this one last. All in all, if I lost it, I'd buy another one for sure
