Got my spot first over 5 for the year, been tough so far and she isnt huge but it's over 5.......time to level up!

Got another dandy today on shasta, starting to fire up! Big spots are on the move!

Just a side note 20 bucks shipping and I am getting a new IROD! Matt is the man only reason why I own these rods he has come through 3 times for me my fault or not and just replaced the rods, awesome customer service from Matt and the boys at IROD!

Still killin them with the slammer, solid fish. Pretty solid day till I snapped my IROD large swim with a Gantrel fish.......gonna have to hit up Matt for a replacement, fingers crossed

Went back out with the slammer and landed this one. got a few tonight but this one smashed it, the slammer is surgical! Just kill it with that thing on almost any body of water if I was to just be able to take one bait with me it would be that one.........thanks for the replies guys

couldn't put it down, probably got 15 or so on the slammer from 6am to 830am, pure fire. Missed an absolute beast at the boat landed a bunch

Not super huge but at least they are swimbait fish, got'em coach was fire today stuck 6 this morning with the lovely overcast in NoCal! the fish are skinny and thin this year. 2019 has not been the year for DD fish for me. went from 10+ to 5+ for the year.........its not over yet though!
