    checked up on a few places today, Ice is basically as white as snow. One more rain should do the trick, one local pond the ice was gone and I saw a few bluegill hanging out near a drainage pipe. The water is still damn cold but it's clearing up from all the flooding and is looking less like chocolate.. for now lol.

    It's been staying above freezing the past week here in Wi, I just ran around today and checked a few ponds to see whats happening. most are still frozen with the last of it but some had a few openings. Lakes are definitely frozen, I may take a little trip further south and see whats going on and if I can get something to nibble.
