Post some baits that you think might be good but haven’t bought or fished. I think this rago thunder looks pretty good. It’s $10 and reminds me of a mattlures of savage gear. You apparently can burn it and bump it off the bottom

I just got a couple of burrito baccas, I’m wondering if you guys have any tips on throwing these guys? I’m using a dobyns 807, with 80lb braid and a 20lb mono leader. Do I slow roll them or yo-yo them around?

I messaged him earlier on Facebook, I’m sure he’ll get back to me. I was just wondering if there was a quick fix.

I broke the top fin off my sly guys 7.5, I was wondering if there is a way to repair this? Is there a mold that hardens that can be attached? I love this bait and I got a really nice fish the first cast today.

I agree 100%, the best thing we can do as swimbait guys is not fall for the scarcity ploy, and pay those outrageous flipper prices. If we don’t buy them at outrageous prices they won’t sell them at that price point. Just be patient and wait it out. Give the money to the bait makers. Who gave their time to make those baits. Not some douche who has a slightly faster internet speed who’s gonna sell the bait that same night before it even hits their mailboxes.

The googan guys and fan boys getting into swimbaits doesn’t bother me too much. It’s a win/win for us, they sell more baits which means more companies are gonna make swimbaits and I highly doubt a lot of their fans are gonna actually grind and catch fish on them. They’ll pick them up and fish them a few times then go back to their confidence baits when they don’t get immediate results. It does suck though when you have companies “borrow ideas” from other innovative lure companies and crank them out fast and cheap, without the same quality.

I caught my first bass on the Klash 9, a 4 pound small mouth smashed it while I was fishing it like an over sized jerk bait in mode b. When I would reel it slow like other glides, the bait didn’t have much side to side action, only when I would give it quarter turns or rod twitches. It’s taken me weeks of messing around in different modes to finally land a fish. What are your favorite ways to fish this lure?

I was able to pick up a 256, I just happened to browse the website hoping they had some lips in stock and I saw they were available and picked one up.

Hell yeah man, thank you. I’ll keep an eye out on Black Friday

I recently picked up a few 7.5 battle shads and I was wondering if my dobyns 867, would have enough backbone to drive in that hook. I use 80lb braid to a 30lb sunline shock leader. I don’t have much experience with big softbaits especially weed less ones. My main experience is top water wakes and glide baits. If not I was looking at the 807 or irod’s heavy swimbait. Thanks for the time
