2022 was terrible. 4.5 Largemouth 3.7 Smallmouth I did catch an 18lb Tiger Muskie which was pretty cool and terrifying. I got some baits available that I’m trying to move before the end of the year. Trying to unload so I can kind of regroup for 2023. Next year I don’t think I’m going to be making many baits and focus more on fishing now that I have a boat. A little burnt out from hours and hours of making baits for them to be subpar and mediocre. Maybe make a few for myself but probably not going to try and sell any next year. A little discouraging seeing guys make a first bait and it’s light years ahead of mine and they just shrug it off and don’t see the opportunity for what they could do. I have the work ethic just lack the talent so I’m going to slow down for a while.

not a 145 but I just got a 250 that was supposed to be already converted and tunes correctly... Well, if you look at the OG 250's that get the conversion they have a loose weight in the tail you can just remove but with the new version the tail weight is inside the plastic so I had to cut off that plastic tail piece off the bait that had the weight inside. Swam a lot better after I did that.

1. Flag 255 caught me my biggest fish of the year which was only 4.5 2. Toxic Wadd3 has been catching a lot of fish for me the last couple years 3. Bullshad 8inch glide caught me a few fish this year but nothing of any size besides one almost 4lbs. I plan on fishing the 8 and 9inch a ton next year. man’s I guess and honorable mention for the Whipper Snapper too because I got on a short good bite with that bait. Another bait I want to spend more time with and try to get my hands on the deep diver version. it was a disappointing year for me with swimbaits and honestly has been a struggle ever since I started throwing them. I never experienced that “once I started throwing swimbaits I’m catching bigger fish.” It just hasn’t happened for me but I love everything about big baits that I can’t really put them down. I started with the Storm Arashi. Great bait for starting out I think. I was not a fan of the swaver 168 and I havent fished the 200. Baitsanity makes some great baits that dont cost a lot of money also. I see someone mentioned the Antidote. Thats a cool bait and I havent spent much time with it but I have a few of them. As garage baits go and in the resin world Plastic ABS baits jsut don't compare to a well made resin glide. The Bullshad 8 and 9inch are amazing glides, 316 Workhorse, Toxic Juke glide is cool as hell.
